I feel like I may be a little bit schizophrenic. I mean, one minute I’m purging the house of all anything with refined sugar in it, rounding up all the healthy cookie recipes I can find, the next, I’m drooling over anything that starts with the words “no-bake”.
I love no-bake cookies! When I was nursing my kids, I read somewhere that oatmeal was good for milk supply, and used that as my excuse for making no-bake cookies at least once a week. Like, legitimately, not even joking. That was what I told my husband to justify myself. (I only wish I was joking).
So I guess it’s no surprise that I’ve gone and rounded up all the no-bake Christmas cookies recipes that I can find, right?
These look AMAZING too! I can’t decide which one I’m most excited about, so I’m thinking it’s best to just go through it systematically and make them all. 😉

Who doesn’t love cookie dough?! Those of us with food allergies will definitely want to sub the wheat flour for gluten-free flours. I’m thinking almond flour would be perfect, or maybe even coconut flour. Yum!
Okay, so these aren’t technically cookies, but I DON’T CARE! When I first saw the picture, I thought they were cookies, and they just look too delicious not to include!
These are a family favorite! And one of the main recipes I used to justify my aforementioned cookie addiction. 🙂
Normally, I don’t post anything that isn’t completely gluten-free, but since you can buy gluten-free oreo-type cookies at Walmart nowadays, I figure, Oreo recipes count, right? It makes me happy because life without Oreos would be a little sad. (P.S., You can always make your own gluten-free Oreos too!)
Again, Oreos. YES! Because we love Oreos, and these look like an amazing addition to any Christmas party!
