Sauces/Condiments

Sauces/Condiments are a great way to add to a meal, but sometimes they can be full of things you do not expect, like added salt, fat and sugar. These recipes are healthy alternatives to store bought sauces and condiments. You can make ranch dressing, which is a stable for many salads and for people who like to serve them with chicken wings to offset the spice, but without dairy making it a more approachable dish for everyone. You an substitute fats by using things like avocado in your causes. These dips and dressings will dress up and freshen up your chips and salads and not have any additional salt nor preservatives. By learning some of the tricks like how to pasteurize eggs or make non gluten egg replacers in your sauces you can easily create any dish down to its finest details–so next time you can pour on the dressing instead of having it on the side.
