Soups/Stews
These soups/stews are super comforting and hearty. There’s nothing like a bowl of soup or stew on a cold night. These recipes are allergy minimal to allergy free as I try to make my soups as gluten free as possible. A lot of people think of chicken noodle soup when it comes to being comforting, my recipe uses egg noodles which are gluten free and these noodles can be used in a lot of different recipes. You can use them in substitute of dumplings or as a stand alone dish. My corn chowder is creamy and full of earthy flavor that doesn’t use dairy at all, relying on the creaminess of the corn and the fat from the back to give it some body. So the next cold night where a cup of tea and a bowl can really warm you up, you can find your next meal idea here, or if it’s a hot summer night and too warm to cook, one of these stews can be the quick satisfying meal you need.
