Barbecued Meatballs
Ah, meat balls. You know, I’m mostly posting this recipe to make my sister’s mouth water. She loves these things. So do I for that matter. Gabriel and I usually serve them over rice with a side of salad, and/or sweet potatoes.
These meatballs are super easy to prepare in large batches and make great freezer meals. I figured up how many Gabriel and I eat in a meal, divided them into quart-sized zip-top bags, laid them out flat, and froze them. Now all I have to do is pop a bag out of the freezer and dump them in a skillet with a little water, cover, heat, and eat. Easy!

How many meatballs do you think this makes? Thanks so much!
Depending on how large you make them, 30-40.
How many cups of milk? I see 1/12 cups. Is that a typo? I may sound ignorant. But I had to ask, sorry.
I’m wondering the same thing. Unusual to see 1/12 cup as a measurement in a recipe. Can someone please clarify?
This recipe is relatively simple to make at home.
