Gluten Free Strawberry Scones

Today, I’m thrilled to share one of my new favorite gluten-free recipes with you at Stockpiling Moms. Yep – gluten-free strawberry scones!

If you can make biscuits, you can make these! They’re just as simple, and even better, you don’t have to cut out circles, re-work your dough, and cut them out again. 

I was surprised by how delicious a handful of strawberries made these scones! You get a smidgen of sweet, juicy flavor with each bite of fluffy, slightly sweet scones. I had to race the kids to get my share of these! (Although, to be fair, my not-quite two-year-old did stuff most of her last piece into her cup of water. She also rubbed applesauce into her hair yesterday… but that’s another story for another day.) 

These will make a perfect weekend breakfast- or even a weekday treat if you mix up the dough ahead of time and refrigerate or freeze it until morning.
