Are you looking for healthy meal plans? We have you covered – for real!

If you're on the lookout for healthy meal plans, this article is a huge help!

For the last year or more, I’ve been writing up our weekly meal plan with a grocery and recipe list to help moms get that frustrating, time consuming task off their plates, and help them get healthy meals on the table for their families without the stress.

We call these Real Food Meal Plans because well, they’re real food.

In other words, they’re about as healthy as meal plans can get.

Our meal plans use 100% real food – proteins like meat, eggs, greek yogurt, and cottage cheese.

Carbohydrates like potatoes, rice, sweet potatoes, and squash.

Fats like coconut oil, olive oil, butter, and avocados.

The reality is,  you really are what you eat, and healthy meal plans with the overarching macronutrients of protein, carbs, and fat sprinkled with micronutrients keep your body strong.

We’ve packaged up these healthy meal plans just for you, to make your life easier, and your family healthier.

  • These meal plans for designed for moms who want to cook from scratch but don’t have all day to do it.
  • Who want to expose their kids to new, different things, not feed them the same ol’ same ol’.
  • Who want to feed the family whole foods, without spending on the Whole Foods price tag.

You want comfort food that’s actually clean eating? We have you covered with these healthy meal plans.

Here’s what comes in each meal plan package:

  • Weekly meal plans covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Quick recipes so you can cook from scratch without spending your whole day in the kitchen
  • Itemized Grocery Lists for each plan telling you exactly what and how much you need for a family of 4
  • Recipes for each meal

1 Month Real Food Meal Plan.

This meal plan includes 4 weeks of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners – That’s 84 meals – with corresponding itemized grocery lists, and recipes.

This is a great package to get your feet wet with consistently putting real food meals on the table.

With meals like Sheet pan chicken and veggies, and real food barbecued meatballs, you won’t have to worry about whether you can convince your kids to eat real food – they’ll love it!

1 Quarter Real Food Meal Plan.

This is the same as our 1 month package, but with 3x the meal plans – 3 months instead of 1.

This meal plan includes dinners such as Maple Dijon Baked Chicken, Loaded Baked Sweet Potatoes, and Tamale Pie. You’ll also find easy breakfasts like Carrot Cake Oatmeal, and Sweet Potato Eggs in Holes.

  • Grocery lists,
  • Recipes,
  • All meals planned
  • For 3 months!

1 Week Meal Plan with Meal Prep.

This meal plan is a 7 day, 3 meals a day plan with a corresponding meal prep plan to get the bulk of your cooking done in a 1 hour session, so you can get meals on the table in 10 minutes or less the rest of the week. This package also include a meal prep video instructional.

Recipes in this meal plan include Egg Roll in a Bowl (a lunch that comes together in 5 minutes!), Chicken Avocado Roll-ups, and Popover pizza.

This Meal plan set will give you a leg up on meal prepping and set you up for a future of putting real food on the table in just minutes a day.

1 Week Diary-Free Meal Plan

This meal plan is the same as the others in that it is a 3 meals per day, 7 days per week, real food meal plan, but tailored to those with dairy allergies or lactose intolerance.

Recipes in this allergy-friendly meal plan include Broiled Asian Chicken Thighs, Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad, and Peach Cobbler Oatmeal – because allergy-friendly meals should still be delicious!
