There’s nothing more satisfying than a good hearty meal that includes homemade egg noodles, am I right?
Variations of homemade chicken and dumplings and chicken noodle soup were staple for my family growing up, so after I married my food-allergic husband, it didn’t take long for me to start experimenting with making gluten-free egg noodles, and they’re so EASY, it didn’t take long to meet with success.

Some of these recipes contain “cream of” soups which are not normally gluten free (even tomato soup isn’t normally gluten free). If people are using your recipe for gluten free noodles, some might need to be reminded to look for gluten free options for these ingredients. In my area, I have not found many gluten free soups, but there are some. Also, there are recipes for homemade gluten free versions of the “cream of” soups.
