Desserts

Desserts are one of those indulgences that everyone can enjoy. However just because it is a dessert does not mean it has to be super sugary or bad for you. These dessert recipes are great alternatives to store bought pastries and junk food. You an indulge yourself with a gluten free array of cookies, good for any occasion, or you can surprise your family with a paleo diet friendly brownie. Going beyond pastries, desserts can include ice cream pops, smoothies and fudge. Following these recipes and these guidelines you can have fun with dessert such as having an apple pie quesadilla, all made from scratch. Dessert is a great way to end a full meal on a light note, and it does not have to make you feel guilty for it. From no bake recipes, to quick treats you can whip up for your family, you can find treats here that are allergen free, which includes dairy, wheat, soy and eggs.
