ways to save money

If you are looking on some ways to save money, it can be as easy as looking at your day to day habits. Things like shopping online, turning down the thermostat in the winter, not using air conditioning and overall limiting excessive habits can help you save money in places you did not expect. Having some extra foresight allows you to still indulge those habits that make you happy, like purchasing your morning coffee, but as long as you do it in moderation, you can save money. Planning ahead for dinners, vacations and even the holidays will help prevent sudden expenses from popping up. Doing some monetary challenges like having a no spend week or limiting your budget can help give you that extra boost in your income but it will also allow you to find other ways of entertaining yourself and challenging your family in ways to encourage positive growth.

So several months ago, I ran into this thing called eBates. how you can make healthy eating less expensive

One of the biggest stigmas about healthy eating is that expensive. But is that truth, or merely a vicious myth?
