Easy Pork Loin Recipe
If you’re looking for a simple way to get juicy, tender pork loin – look no further!
Ingredients

- 2–3 pounds pork loin
- 1 large onion
- 5–10 cloves of garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Slice onions and arrange on a foil sheet in roughly the size and shape of your loin
- Smash garlic to release juices, and sprinkle on top of the onion
- Next, top with your pork loin
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and rosemary
- Fold foil around loin and seal it up tight
- Bake on a cookie sheet in a 300º oven for two hours or until the middle of your loin has reached 145º
- Or Place into a crockpot and cook on high for 4-6 hours.
- Serve with your choice of sides (our favorite is roasted sweet potatoes and salad!)
