Ingredients

1/2 banana, frozen
1/2 – 3/4 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup spinach or kale, packed
1 1/2 cups coconut water, or water (can replace part of the water with greek yogurt to boost protein)
Instructions
If you have a drink blender, add ingredients in order given, so that the greens are on top and will come in contact with the blender blades first, as shown.
If you have a traditional blender, add ingredients in reverse order so that greens go in on top of blade first.
The idea is to get the greens shredded up as thoroughly as possible.
