- 3/4 cup popcorn kernels, popped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/8 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- Combine sugar, butter, and water in a sauce pan
- Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved
- Bring to a rolling boil, and continue boiling for 2-3 minutes to about 230ºf
- Remove from heat, and quickly stir in vanilla and peanut butter
- Pour over popcorn and mix well.
- Let cool and enjoy!
