3/4 cup popcorn kernels, popped
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/8 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter

Instructions

Combine sugar, butter, and water in a sauce pan
Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved
Bring to a rolling boil, and continue boiling for 2-3 minutes to about 230ºf
Remove from heat, and quickly stir in vanilla and peanut butter
Pour over popcorn and mix well.
Let cool and enjoy!
