No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake
If you love cheesecake, but always think it’s too much work, this no-bake recipe is perfect for you and your family.
Ingredients

- 1 8oz. packages of cream cheese
- 1 can sweetened, condensed milk
- 8 oz. heavy cream
- 1 quart strawberries.
- 1 prepared nine inch pie crust (Coconut crust, or mock graham cracker crust are my favorite!)
Instructions
- Set your cream cheese out to warm up and soften
- Wash and de-stem strawberries
- Slice berries into pieces of desire size
- In a stand mixer, whip cream cheese for a minute or two to help finish softening it
- Pour in sweetened condensed milk, and mix well
- In a separate bowl, whip cream until stiff
- Fold in cream and sliced berries
- Pour into prepared pie crust and refrigerate several hours before serving.
