These gluten-free chocolate chip cookies are the best you’ll ever make!

- 1 cup butter, softenend
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 3 ½ cups gluten free flour mix
- 1 tsp. guar or xanthan gum
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 375º
- Cream butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl.
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together, and stir into butter/sugar/egg mixture.
- After everything is combined, stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop by spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheets, and bake for 7-10 minutes until the cookies are just beginning to brown on the edges.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
