Gluten Free Chocolate Chips Cookies

These gluten-free chocolate chip cookies are the best you’ll ever make!




  1. Preheat oven to 375º
  2. Cream butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  4. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together, and stir into butter/sugar/egg mixture.
  5. After everything is combined, stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Drop by spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheets, and bake for 7-10 minutes until the cookies are just beginning to brown on the edges.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
  8. Enjoy!
