  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Mix first five ingredients together to make the crisp mixture
  3. Toss apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg, then spread evenly over a 9×13 inch baking pan
  4. Top with crisp mixture
  5. Bake for 45 minutes until the topping begins to brown at the edges.
  6. Serve while warm, with ice cream if desired
  7. Enjoy!
