Tropical Green Smoothie Pops
Want some healthy treats for summer? These tropical pops are an excellent option to keep on hand.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup coconut water or water
- 1 cup spinach, kale, or collard greens, packed
Instructions
- Layer ingredients in a blender with the greens closest to the blade so they get pureed thoroughly
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into popsicle molds
- Freeze
- Enjoy!
