Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut water or water
  • 1 cup spinach, kale, or collard greens, packed

Instructions

  1. Layer ingredients in a blender with the greens closest to the blade so they get pureed thoroughly
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Pour into popsicle molds
  4. Freeze
  5. Enjoy!
