Chopped kale


  1. Preheat oven to 250º
  2. De-stem clean kale, and arrange on a cookie sheet. You want to fill the cookie sheet up, but not pack it so tightly that the kale sticks together and gets mushy instead of crunchy
  3. Spay liberally with oil
  4. Sprinkle on salt and nutritional yeast
  5. Place in center of oven and bake 12-15 minutes until mostly crispy
  6. Remove from oven. The kale will continue to crisp up a bit as it cools
  7. Eat immediately, or store in an airtight jar for a day or two as needed.
  8. Enjoy!
