Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375º
  2. Trim excess fat off of chicken legs
  3. Arrange in a 9×13 baking dish
  4. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper
  5. Rub garlic onto skins
  6. Arrange sliced lemons between chicken pieces
  7. Sprinkle capers over all
  8. Place in the center of preheated oven, and bake for 45-60 minutes until done through, and golden on top
  9. Use drippings to make gravy if desired
  10. Serve while hot
  11. Enjoy!
