Simple Baked Chicken Piccata Recipe
This simple chicken piccata recipe is so easy to make, and a great option for family dinners.

Ingredients

- 4 chicken legs
- 4 cloves of minced garlic, or 2 teaspoons
- 2 Tablespoons capers
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375º
- Trim excess fat off of chicken legs
- Arrange in a 9×13 baking dish
- Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper
- Rub garlic onto skins
- Arrange sliced lemons between chicken pieces
- Sprinkle capers over all
- Place in the center of preheated oven, and bake for 45-60 minutes until done through, and golden on top
- Use drippings to make gravy if desired
- Serve while hot
