Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate Recipe
- 2 Tablespoons pumpkin purée
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa
- 2 Tablespoons sugar or alternative sweetener
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- pinch of cloves
- Pinch of ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 – 1 1/2 cups milk
- Mix all ingredients but milk into a mug.
- Scald milk, and stir into the pumpkin mixture until sugar is dissolved.
