Pumpkin Spice Foaming Hand Soap Recipe

One of my favorite things about Fall is the scents that are associated with it.

Cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, apple pie, pumpkin. They’re so warm and homey.

As much as I keep artificial scents out of my house, I can’t help but stop at the candle aisle in the store to hover over a few fall-scented candles.

But I don’t miss those artificially scented candles at home because I know I put a few fall essential oil blends in my diffuser, and my house will smell great without them.

And we don’t stop at diffuser blends.

If you washed your hands at my house right now, you’d find non-toxic pumpkin spice foaming hand soap sitting on the corner of the sink waiting for you.

It’s such a simple thing to make, but it adds a nice touch of fall to the house.

Where to get a foaming soap dispenser

You can wash out and reuse an empty dispenser or order a nice one here

I took the label off my Thieves hand soap dispenser and used it.

Where to get Castile soap.

We like Dr. Bronner’s unscented liquid castile soap, which you can order from Amazon. You can also make your own simple liquid soap – this is handy for those of us who make our own bar soap – which is what I usually do. It doesn’t foam quite as much, but it smells just as nice and is even better for your skin.

Where to buy essential oils.

I’m a huge fan of Young Living essential oils because they’re one of the few brands whose quality I fully believe in. However, there have been pretty convincing tests done on less expensive oils as well, such as Eden’s Garden and Now brand oils. While I do stick with Young Living for anything that gets ingested internally, I do sometimes order Now brand for soap making and such to keep it cost-effective.

Printable Soap Labels.

Foaming hand soap is a great make-and-take-party item, so I’ve provided a free printable label sheet for you using Avery Adhesive name tag template 5395. You should be able to find packets of these name tags at a local office store or even Walmart.

Once you get them, just click here to download your printable soap labels, stick your labels in the printer, and go!

these should print out in the middle of the name tag, and then if you like, you can trim the sides to make it square.
