Ingredients

1 Tablespoon dried elderberries
1 Tablespoon dried rose hips
1 Tablespoon dried, cut peppermint leaves
2 teaspoons chipped cinnamon
Instructions
Break up rose hips, using a blender or knife to make them nutrients more accessible
Combine ingredients into a French press
Fill press with hot water, and let steep five minutes before pouring and sweetening
Alternative methods:
Tie herbs up in a cheese cloth and add to pot of hot water to steep
Add herbs to hot water to steep, then filter out with a coffee filter
Mix herbs together, and store in a tight-lidded jar in a cool, dark place. To use, add 2 teaspoons of the mixture to your favorite tea strainer, and steep.
