- Blend coconut in food processor until it’s fairly fine
- Add strawberries, and pulse until blended and incorporated into coconut
- Add protein powder, or coconut flour until mixture reaches a moldable consistency
- Add Zevia to taste
- Roll into 1” balls, and store in the freezer until ready to serve
*Note, you can use fresh strawberries, but be prepared to use more protein powder and/or coconut flour to make up for the additional moisture.
