Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup shredded (unsweetened) coconut
  • 1 cup frozen, semi-thawed strawberries
  • 23 drops Pyure sweetener (or other stevia-based sweetener)
  • 1 scoop vanilla or strawberry protein powder (or sub 12 tablespoons coconut flour)

Instructions

  1. Blend coconut in food processor until it’s fairly fine
  2. Add strawberries, and pulse until blended and incorporated into coconut
  3. Add protein powder, or coconut flour until mixture reaches a moldable consistency
  4. Add Zevia to taste
  5. Roll into 1” balls, and store in the freezer until ready to serve

*Note, you can use fresh strawberries, but be prepared to use more protein powder and/or coconut flour to make up for the additional moisture.
