Gluten-Free Baking Powder Biscuits



  1. Preheat oven to 350º.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together. Cut butter in until the mixture looks like it’s somewhere coarser than crumbs, but finer than peas.
  3. Mix in egg and milk.
  4. Roll out on floured surface.
  5. Cut and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes until the edges begin to brown.
