Easy Grilled Pork Tacos

- 2 lbs Smithfield All Natural Bone-in Pork Chops (or boneless if you can)
- 1 Teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 package corn tortillas
- taco topping such as cheese, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, etc.
- *Note: Seasonings can be replaced by 1 package of taco seasoning
- Mix seasonings together and sprinkle onto both sides of each pork chop.
- Cover pork chops and set place back into the refrigerator until ready to grill
- Start your charcoal grill and let burn down to a good hot bed of coals.
- Grill pork chops for 6-8 minutes on each side until they’re a nice golden brown and cooked through.
- Note: If you love your pork medium rare, you should cook it to an internal temperature of 145 degrees (followed by a three-minute rest). If you like your chops a little more done, you can cook them to an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
- Remove meat from grill, and cut into thin strips.
