Easy Grilled Pork Tacos

Everyone loves tacos- give these delicious grilled pork tacos a try on your next summer night.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Smithfield All Natural Bone-in Pork Chops (or boneless if you can)
  • 1 Teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package of corn tortillas
  • taco toppings such as cheese, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, etc.

Instructions

  1. *Note: Seasonings can be replaced by 1 package of taco seasoning
  2. Mix seasonings together and sprinkle onto both sides of each pork chop.
  3. Cover pork chops and set place back into the refrigerator until ready to grill
  4. Start your charcoal grill and let burn down to a good hot bed of coals.
  5. Grill pork chops for 6-8 minutes on each side until they’re a nice golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Note: If you love your pork medium rare, you should cook it to an internal temperature of 145 degrees (followed by a three-minute rest). If you like your chops a little more done, you can cook them to an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
  7. Remove meat from grill, and cut into thin strips.
  8. Serve with taco fixin’s
