Homemade Corn Tortillas

Once you’ve tried these delicious homemade tortillas, you’ll never buy store-bought again.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Corn Masa
  • 1 cup water (approx.)
  • pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix dough well.
  2. Separate into walnut sized balls
  3. Press between two sheets of parchment paper, or plastic
  4. Cook in very hot skillet for about a minute on each side until the tortilla is flecked with brown.
  5. Enjoy!
