If you’re trying to stick to the Whole 30, these delicious sweet potato curly fries are a great option to keep you on track.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups spiralized sweet potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon melted coconut oil, or light tasting olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425ยบ
  2. Dump sweet potatoes on a large cookie sheet
  3. sprinkle with salt and spices
  4. drizzle with oil and toss until well coated.
  5. Spread out as thinly as possible to get maximum heat exposure on your curly fries
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges begin to get crispy
  7. Remove from oven and serve
