Do you love homemade jam? This sugar-free strawberry jam is delicious and healthy!


  • 6  cups of crushed strawberries
  • 1 box Sure Jell For Less or No Sugar Needed Recipes (I’m sure there are other no-sugar brands, but I haven’t tried them)
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons liquid Stevia (I use Pyure)
  • 1 teaspoon butter (optional – it helps keep your strawberries from foaming)


  1. Place prepared fruit in a large sauce pan and add  lemon juice plus 3/4 cup of water
  2. Stir in Sure Jell Pectin, and butter if using, and heat over medium heat
  3. Bring to a rolling boil that can’t be stirred down, and continue boiling for one minute
  4. Remove from heat and add stevia drops. Be sure to taste it for yourself to make sure you reach your desired sweetness.
  5. Skim off any foam that may have accumulated at the top
  6. Ladle into prepared jars to within 1/2 an inch of jar rim, and seal.
  7. So yummy!
