Ingredients

- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- 1 cup milk (dairy or other – or just use water)
- 2 cups water
- pinch of salt

Instructions
- Combine oats, milk, water, and salt in instant pot
- Lock lid on
- Select “Manual” and toggle to 3 minutes
- Let cook
- Allow to depressurize on its own, OR if you’re in a hurry, cook for 4 minutes and depressurize manually.
