Paleo Peach-Blueberry Cobbler

Give this tasty, light dessert a try today. The peaches and blueberries are SO good together!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup arrowroot powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 cup allowed milk (use non-dairy for truly paleo cobbler)
  • 2 cups sliced peaches
  • 1/21 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยบ
  2. Melt butter in a 9×13 pan
  3. Mix dry ingredients together
  4. Beat in honey and milk
  5. Pour batter into pan on top of butter
  6. Arrange peaches and blueberries on top
  7. Bake in center of oven for 25-30 minutes until edges begin to brown.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool several minutes before serving.
  9. Enjoy!
