  1. Preheat oven to 425ยบ
  2. Line a pizza pan with parchment paper
  3. Combine mozzarella and cream cheese in a bowl
  4. Microwave for about 20 seconds, and stir
  5. Repeat until cheeses are melty enough to stir together, but not hot
  6. Beat eggs and stir into cheese mixture
  7. Add coconut flour
  8. Stir will until coconut flour is incorporatedmixing low carb pizza crust
  9. Give the dough a minute to come together as the coconut flour absorbs moisture
  10. Spread dough over parchment-lined pizza pan. This is easiest to do using a second piece of parchment paper as a buffer between your crust and rolling pincrust for low carb pizza
  11. Prick crust in multiple places with a fork
  12. Bake for 10-15 minutes, pricking the crust again if you see too many bubbles forming

  14. Return to oven and bake until cheese on top begins to bubble – about 10 minutes
  15. Pull out of the oven, slice, and enjoy!
