Low Carb Fudge Bites Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz. package of cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 1/23 teaspoons Truvia (find a recipe for homemade Truvia here.)

Instructions

  1. Place Truvia in the bowl of a small blender or food processor (I use my Bamix bowl – just use what you have)
  2. Blend until powdery.
  3. Add Truvia and cocoa powder to cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
  4. Beat until smooth.
  5. Spread into a small bread pan or your mold of choice, or simply spread onto parchment paper to about one inch thickness.
  6. Freeze for one hour, until firm.
  7. Cut into squares and store in the refrigerator for up to one week assuming you don’t eat them up right away. πŸ˜‰
