Honey-Lime Salad Dressing

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/3 cup lime juice (34 limes, juiced)
  • 3 Tablespoons of honey (preferably raw!)
  • 2 Tablespoons light tasting olive oil (you can use extra virgin if you prefer)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small jar with tight fitting lid.
  2. Screw lid on tightly.
  3. Shake well
  4. Serve over green salad
  5. Enjoy!

Alternatively of course, you can simply stir the ingredients with a spoon.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
