Healthy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies




  1. Preheat oven to 350ยบ
  2. Mix dry ingredients together
  3. Lightly beat egg
  4. Add egg, oil, and vanilla to dry ingredients and mix
  5. Fold in chocolate chips
  6. Divide dough into walnut-sized balls
  7. Flatten and arrange on a cookie sheet, because these cookies won’t flatten a whole lot by themselves, so feel free to arrange them fairly close together
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes
  9. Remove from oven and let cool for five minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
