Healthy Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 T. flour
  • 1/2 t. Baking Powder

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly mash or blend bananas.
  2. Add eggs and beat (or blend) well.
  3. Mix flour and baking powder together and add to banana/egg mix. Blend well.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little oil.
  5. Pour our pancakes in 1/4 cup rounds and fry on either side until golden. Butter and drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
  6. Enjoy guilt-free!
