If you’re looking for a tasty, gluten free cookie for your family, give these monster cookies a go. 

Ingredients

  • 1 16oz. jar peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup granulated (white) sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 1/2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 Teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup M&Ms

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350º
  2. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, butter, and sugars
  3. Stir until smooth
  4. Beat in eggs and vanilla
  5. Add in rolled oats and baking soda
  6. Still well
  7. Mix in chocolate chips and M&Ms
  8. Drop cookie dough by heaping tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet, leaving room between each cookie for spreading
  9. Bake for 8-10 minutes until slightly brown around the edges
  10. Let cool on the tray for a few minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack
  11. Enjoy!
