Sweet and custardy gluten-free overnight French toast bake. Perfect for a fuss-free brunch!

Ingredients:

  • 1 10oz. Loaf of gluten-free bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • â…“ cup heavy cream
  • â…“ cup white sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries or other chopped fruit

Instructions

  1. Cut loaf into cubes and place evenly in a greased 9×13 pan.

  2. In a bowl, mix together eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar and vanilla. 

  3. Pour evenly over bread.

  4. Sprinkle with berries or fruit if using
  5. Cover your pan with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight.

  6. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350º
  7. Take the pan out of the refrigerator.

  8. Bake for 45-55 minutes until the top is crispy and the bottom no longer wet.
  9. Serve with powdered sugar, syrup, or the topping of your choice.
