Gluten-Free Belgian Yeast Waffles REcipes

Instructions

  1. Heat milk to about 105º
  2. Sprinkle yeast into the warm milk, and stir it up to soften.
  3. Set aside
  4. Beat eggs with a fork in a large bowl
  5. Add oil, vanilla, and sugar
  6. Mix remaining ingredients together in a separate bowl.
  7. Add the yeast and milk that you mixed together in step one, into the egg/oil/sugar mix.
  8. Add flour ingredient, and mix well.
  9. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for at least an hour (I ended up letting mine go for two hours – but it was cold in my kitchen)
  10. Heat waffles iron, and cook waffles as you normally would without stirring the risen batter down insofar as possible.
  11. Enjoy!
