Easy Paleo Eggnog

This easy paleo eggnog makes your favorite holiday treat - healthy!

Do you love eggnog? This easy paleo recipe is delicious and much better for you than traditional eggnog recipes.

Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup coconut cream (use the top of a can of coconut milk)
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 4 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Beat egg yolks until fluffy and light yellow
  2. Add honey and continue beating until well mixed
  3. Stir in almond milk, coconut cream, nutmeg, and cinnamon
  4. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form
  5. Whisk into milk mixture
  6. Chill and serve
  7. Enjoy!
