Easy Asian Veggies and Sausage Casserole



  1. Preheat oven to 400º
  2. Pour rice into a 9x13 inch baking dish
  3. Slice sausage, and layer on top of rice
  4. Layer veggies over sausage
  5. Sprinkle spices and soy sauce over veggies
  6. Pour water over entire casserole
  7. Place in center of oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until rice is tender.
  8. Remove from oven and serve while hot
  9. Enjoy!
