- 1 lb green cabbage
- 1 lb red cabbage
- 2–3 carrots
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Instructions
- Shred cabbage and carrots and set aside
- Combine remaining ingredients and whisk together well to dissolve the sugar
- Pour over cabbage and carrots and toss
