Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil or butter
  • 2 teaspoons honey (skip for savory pie recipes such as chicken pot pie)
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs
  2. Add butter and honey
  3. Stir in coconut flour and salt until will incorporated
  4. let dough rest 2-3 minutes to allow the flour to absorb liquid
  5. Press into a 9” pie plate
  6. Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes, or as directed your pie recipe.
