Drinks

Drinks can help accent a meal, but have you thought about what you’re putting into your body? If you read on, you’ll find more than just recipes for refreshing fruit iced teas, but you can find out the benefits to drinking water instead of sugary drinks. There are some drink recipes in here for everyone. If you do not identify as a tea person, you can try the Thai coconut iced tea which has almost iced coffee like qualities. You can try the eggnog and hot chocolate recipes which are great for the holidays and for any chilly night. These recipes are healthier alternatives to juices and sodas and if you are concerned about your weight or the sugar intake of yourself and your family, this can be a way to cut some of the additional calories that you might not have thought about. A spot of tea might do you some good in the long run!

My husband is a heavy drinker. Tea drinker, that is. and coffee. During the winter, he doesn’t drink a whole lot, but this time of year? Sometimes, there’s just nothing that hits the spot on a cold morning like a steaming mug of hot chocolate.
