Appetizers/Snacks

Appetizers/Snacks are a great way to stay full through out the day and in between meals or before meals. However snacks are usually other overly sweet or super salty based on what you can pick up at the store, however these recipes can introduce some snacks and appetizers that are sure to please. Cookies, ice cream bars and fruit snacks can be chocked full of sugar and added preservatives when they are store bought, but if you use these recipes, you an have some easy no-bake cookies, smoothie bars and fruit leather that is all natural and better than store bought. These appetizers are enough to get your palate going and ready for the next portion of the meal, so kale dip and gluten free mozzarella sticks can be healthy alternatives to what you can order when eating out. You can eat healthy and cost friendly with these recipes and have these throughout the day.
