Bath and Body

I absolutely love to DIY bath and body products for myself, my husband and my kiddos. If you have been around the blog for a while, you know that I don’t like having toxic stuff in my home and that goes double for body products that we use! I only want my family exposed to products that are healthy for us.

I have a lot of DIY recipes for bath and body products, including homemade makeup remover wipes, homemade summer deodorant, oatmeal lavender goat milk soap, peppermint toothpaste, Shea butter lotion, homemade face wash and so many more! The list of my homemade body products goes on and on.

Almost any bath product you love can be made at home with non-toxic ingredients. One of the best things about DIY-ing your favorite products is that you can choose the scents you use! You can also decide what kind of ingredients to source.

ginger tea for natural headache remedy

Headaches have been a bit of a plague for my family. My dad gets them a lot, as well as some of his siblings, my cousins, and a few of my own siblings. You guys, I love making soap. There is just something so fulfilling about taking a bunch of ingredients that range from dangerous (lye), greasy - the kind of thing you use soap to clean! I’m sure you’ve read about the dangers of fluoride and other chemicals in our toothpaste - in fact, I’m guess that’s why you’re here, reading this.
