Household Expenses

Taking care of household expenses can be a little daunting, but with active planning and forethought, it can be manageable. Being smart about grocery expenses, cleaning supplies and household goods can have you save little by little, but it adds up. You can go extreme with some of the money saving tips, but it can be something as simple as making adjustments such as using air conditioning in only dire situations, going a day or a week without spending, or finding other options to entertain yourself and your family. You can save quite a bit of money doing some of the things you might unknowingly pay for by purchasing store-bought items.   I really hate using paper towels. Every time I pull one off the roll I feel like I’m watching money go down the drain. Actually, that feeling comes pretty much every time I use a disposable item. Feels like I might as well just throw money in the trash. In fact, I still have most of the package Keep Reading

DIY Haircut for ladies

I got my hair cut yesterday. Yup. Actually, I cut it myself. Don’t worry, I’ve been cutting my own hair for a while now. Paying for a haircut really stinks, so I used to have one of my sister, or Gabriel, cut my hair. But, I got tired of having such a boring cut, so I decided to try this. It’s Keep Reading

Little things that we don’t even think about add up quickly into a big thing. Most of the things on this little list are cleaning related. That seems to be one of the biggest areas of waste. In our zealousness to get things clean, it’s really easy to use more than we need and be wasteful, so here’s Keep Reading
