**Updated Picture from more recent batch** I’ve been an on-again, off-again homemade lotion maker for a long time. Ever since I found and fell in love with homemade baby lotion, that’s kind of been my go-to. But then there’s the stretch mark cream recipe, and I like that one as well. Recently Keep Reading
DIY
DIY is the way I prefer to do almost everything in life. We don’t have a lot of extra money to pay people to do things we can easily do ourselves. Plus, I get a huge amount of satisfaction from cooking, making, baking and doing. I prefer to see my hard work rewarded! Growing up in an Amish community, I have had a lot of practice with making things from scratch! It’s a way of life for my family and I.
I DIY body and cleaning products because I strive to have a chemical-free home and to only expose my husband and kids to things that are healthy for them. Nothing toxic! When you have strict rules like no toxins in your home, you have to learn to do-it-yourself when it comes to bath and cleaning products.
Our family has food allergies, so we eat gluten-free. But I DIY my baking mix because gluten-free mix is expensive!
Lastly, we are DIY-ing our own mobile home right now! Re-doing a mobile home from scratch is hard work but it feels so good!

Gentle Homemade Face wash
One of my favorite homemade skincare recipes ever is baking soda face wash. Love, love, love it! But it’s not something I can use every day. Every week yes, every day, no. 7 Tool That Will Massively Improve Your Photography
I have no aptitude for photography. None. I always like to tell people Keep Reading
