Broccoli sprouts can be grown in a jar in your kitchen – it’s almost like a hundred little miracles right before your eyes. All you need is a jar, some water and some cheesecloth and you can have healthy, delicious DIY sprouts to add to salads, meat dishes – even eggs! Sometimes I add them to a smoothie or a sandwich too. Their nutritional value is simply off the charts!
