Gluten-Free Banana Bread Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350º.
  2. ​Combine dry ingredients (except sugar) in a bowl.
  3. Cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs, vanilla, and bananas.
  4. Combine the two mixtures.
  5. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf, comes out clean.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool ten minutes before loosening edges of loaf with a butter knife. Turn onto a cooling grid.
  7. Slice and enjoy!
